TURKAY is the independent practice of Eyüp Türkay, a solo senior engineer with 30 years of enterprise experience — including Deutsche Telekom Slovakia, the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, and 10 years running pharma IT. When you work with TURKAY, you work directly with the person who builds your system: no account managers, no hand-offs, no junior delivery. I do not publish fixed packages or list prices, because the right number depends entirely on your scope. I start with a discovery call, run a short needs analysis, and define a clear written scope. Only then do I prepare a tailored quote with milestone-based payments and full transparency. You always know what you are paying for before any work begins.

Do you work with businesses outside Slovakia?

Yes. I'm based in Bratislava and work remotely with B2B teams across Central Europe — Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Austria (Vienna is an hour away for in-person meetings), and Poland — as well as Turkish-owned businesses operating in Europe and companies in Turkey expanding into the EU. I work in English and Turkish. Most collaboration happens over video calls, shared project tools, and regular written progress updates, so location is rarely a constraint for delivering software, automation, or AI work.

I start with the use case that creates the fastest visible return, pilot it quickly, and only scale once it is proven in your operation.
