Who is behind TURKAY?

TURKAY is the independent practice of Eyüp Türkay, a solo senior engineer with 30 years of enterprise experience — including Deutsche Telekom Slovakia, the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, and 10 years running pharma IT. When you work with TURKAY, you work directly with the person who builds your system: no account managers, no hand-offs, no junior delivery. When a project needs more scale, I bring in a trusted partner network — but the senior accountability stays with me, from the first call through delivery.

I do not publish fixed packages or list prices, because the right number depends entirely on your scope. I start with a discovery call, run a short needs analysis, and define a clear written scope. Only then do I prepare a tailored quote with milestone-based payments and full transparency. You always know what you are paying for before any work begins.

n8n is an open-source workflow automation platform that removes repetitive manual tasks such as invoice processing, order tracking, campaign management, and customer notifications. I design, build, and integrate n8n workflows with your existing tools and AI services, so your team spends less time on copy-paste work and more time on the decisions that actually move the business forward.

Do you work with businesses outside Slovakia?

Yes. I'm based in Bratislava and work remotely with B2B teams across Central Europe — Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Austria (Vienna is an hour away for in-person meetings), and Poland — as well as Turkish-owned businesses operating in Europe and companies in Turkey expanding into the EU. I work in English and Turkish. Most collaboration happens over video calls, shared project tools, and regular written progress updates, so location is rarely a constraint for delivering software, automation, or AI work.

I focus on AI that maps to a concrete business workflow rather than experiments. That includes custom AI agents, large language model (LLM) integration, retrieval-augmented generation over your own data, n8n-based AI automation, and decision dashboards. I start with the use case that creates the fastest visible return, pilot it quickly, and only scale once it is proven in your operation.

Engagements follow five clear stages: a short discovery call to understand your needs, a needs analysis and written scope, development with weekly progress updates, testing and launch, and post-launch support. You stay informed throughout with regular reporting and direct access to me, the engineer doing the work, so there are no black boxes and no surprises at delivery.
