Who we are

TURKAY is a software, AI, and automation practice founded and run by Eyup Turkay, a registered sole trader (živnosť) in Bratislava, Slovakia. For the purposes of data protection law, TURKAY is the data controller for personal data submitted through this website.

Registered office: SKY PARK Offices, Bottova 7939/2A, 811 09 Bratislava, Slovakia. Company registration number available on request. For any privacy question or request, contact eyup@turkay.eu.

What data we collect

We only collect the information you choose to send us through our contact and quote forms: your name, email address, company name (optional), and the details of your message or enquiry. We do not collect special-category data and we do not ask for more than we need to respond.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, scope potential work, and keep a reasonable record of our business correspondence. Our lawful basis is your consent when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in responding to and managing business-to-business enquiries.

How your enquiry is processed

When you submit a form, it is sent to an internal automation (n8n) running on TURKAY's own server located in the EU. That automation emails the enquiry to TURKAY. We do not pass your form data to a third-party form processor.

Hosting

This website and the automation that handles your enquiries run on TURKAY's own server located in the European Union.

Analytics

The site uses no analytics by default. If and when analytics (for example Google Analytics 4) is enabled in future, it will run only after you have given cookie consent.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for legitimate business records, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not share it for advertising.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, ask us to correct or erase it, object to or restrict its processing, and request portability of the data you provided. To exercise any of these rights, email eyup@turkay.eu.

If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak data protection authority, the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky.

Changes to this policy
