Technical strategy and architecture decisions, building and leading engineering teams (I have built .NET and ML teams from scratch and run Kubernetes platforms at scale), vendor and build-vs-buy decisions, AI and automation roadmaps, and getting a stalled or chaotic delivery back under control. I have led engineering at Deutsche Telekom Slovakia and an ML platform serving 13 enterprises — this is judgement earned, not borrowed.
