n8n is the most flexible self-hosted automation platform there is — but a workflow that demos in five minutes and a workflow that runs unattended for a year are two very different things. I build the second kind. You work directly with me: I scope the automation, build it, and stay accountable for it in production.
What I automate with n8n
Invoice and document processing, order and fulfilment flows, CRM and lead routing, e-commerce integrations (Shopify, marketplaces), data synchronisation between systems (ERP, spreadsheets, APIs), and AI-assisted steps where an LLM genuinely helps — classification, extraction, drafting. I self-host n8n so your data stays on infrastructure you control, which matters when the workflow touches payroll, customer or financial data.
Why it usually goes wrong — and how I avoid it
Most n8n projects break in the same places: no error handling, so a single failed API call silently stops everything; no retries or idempotency, so a re-run double-processes orders; and credentials or webhooks that work in testing but not under load. I build for the unhappy path first — error branches, alerting, retries and idempotent steps — so the automation is something you can actually forget about.
How an engagement runs
A short discovery call to map the process and the volume, then a written scope with milestones. I build, you review at each milestone, and I hand over documented, maintainable workflows — not a black box. Most engagements start from around €3,000.

Do you work with self-hosted n8n or n8n Cloud?
Both, but I usually recommend self-hosted n8n for B2B clients so your data and credentials stay on infrastructure you control — important for GDPR and for any workflow touching financial or customer data.
Can you take over an existing n8n setup?
Yes. I often come in to stabilise automations that work most of the time but fail unpredictably — adding error handling, retries, alerting and documentation so they become reliable.

I am based in Bratislava and work remotely with teams across Slovakia, Czechia, Austria (Vienna), Poland, and Turkish-owned businesses in Europe. In-person is possible in the Bratislava–Vienna region.
